In paragraph (10) of regulation H6 (payments by employers to Scottish Ministers), omit “and” after sub-paragraph (a) and insert at the end of sub-paragraph (b)—

“and before 1st May 2014; and

(c)

the standard rate in relation to all amounts and contributions payable in relation to pensionable employment on or after 1st May 2014”.
