Amendment of regulation B2

4.  In regulation B2 (part-time service)—

(a) after “new employment specified in Schedule 2” insert “or the teacher’s employer makes arrangements under section 3(2) (automatic enrolment) or 5(2) (automatic re-enrolment) of the 2008 Act”; and

(b) omit paragraphs (4) to (6).
