Waiving of the right to translation of essential documents15
1
A person entitled under these Regulations to be provided with a translation of all essential documents may waive that right in respect of any or all of the documents.

A waiver given under paragraph (1) must be—
a
voluntary and unequivocal; and
b
informed by legal advice, unless the person otherwise fully understands the consequences of waiving the right.
