6. In section 16(1) of the Local Government in Scotland Act 2003(1) (community planning: further provision), after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)an integration joint board established under section 9(2) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014;”.

2003 asp 1. Section 16 was relevantly amended by the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012 (asp 8), section 46 and schedule 7, paragraph 14, and by the Transport (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 12), schedule 1, paragraph 11(a).
