57. Any non-governmental organisation promoting environmental protection and meeting any requirements under the law is deemed to have sufficient interest, and rights capable of being impaired, for the purposes of access to any review procedures before a court of law in respect of the giving of consent, permission or other authorisation in relation to a project referred to in Article 15(1) of the Directive [F1as it had effect immediately before IP completion day].
