1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Water Environment (River Basin Management Planning etc.) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 14th September 2015.
(3) Regulation 7 comes into force on 15th September 2015.
(4) In these Regulations, “the 2013 Regulations” means the Water Environment (River Basin Management Planning: Further Provision) (Scotland) Regulations 2013(1).
