The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(1) and (2)(b), (bc)(ii), (c), (d) and (3) and 62(2) of the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 20021 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
