16. Advertisement for the purposes of section 23(2)(a) of the Act (publication of unopposed revocation or modification order) is to be by publication of notice of the fact that an order under section 21 of the Act has been made—
(a)in the Edinburgh Gazette; and
(b)in a local newspaper circulating in the area in which the building to which consent to be modified or revoked relates is situated.
