EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings into force section 35 (landlord application to private rented housing panel) of the Private Rented Housing (Scotland) Act 2011 (“the Act”) with the exception of subsection (3) which will be repealed by section 25(11) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014(1)).
