The Tuberculosis in Specified Animals (Scotland) Order 2015

Article 21

SCHEDULE

1.  Where necessary, the Scottish Ministers must determine from the table in paragraph 4 the category as mentioned in column 2 of the table into which the specified animal as mentioned in column 1 of the table falls.

2.  The age of a specified animal is its age at the date on which the notice of intention to slaughter was served.

3.  The compensation payable is the value specified in column 3 of the table, by reference to the applicable species listed in column 1 and the applicable category listed in column 2 of that table.
