The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2015 No. 329

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2015 and comes into force on 10th September 2015.

(2) In this Order, “the 2013 Order” means the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013(1).
