Interpretation S

2.  In these Regulations—

“the 2006 Regulations” means the Private Water Supplies (Scotland) Regulations 2006 M1 ; and

“the 2014 Regulations” means the Public Water Supplies (Scotland) Regulations 2014 M2 .
