The Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “contracting authority” for “regulation 3 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012” substitute “ regulation 2(1) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 ”

In regulation 5 (application) for the “Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012”, in each place it occurs, substitute “ Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 ”.

In regulation 21(2) (central purchasing bodies) for the “Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012” substitute “ Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 ”.
