21. In paragraph 3 (disregard of earnings) of Schedule 2, for sub-paragraph (2)(b) substitute—
“(b)as a part-time fire-fighter employed by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service established under section 1A of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005(1);”.
