The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12, 17 and 69(1) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 12(3) of that Act, they have consulted with each local authority and Health Board. There are no integration joint boards established at the date of making this Order.
