The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(2) of the Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges (Scotland) Act 2014(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement) Order 2015 and comes into force on 30th March 2015.
2. 30th March 2015 is appointed as the day for the coming into force of the Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges (Scotland) Act 2014 (so far as not then already in force).

Sections 6 to 8 of the Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges (Scotland) Act 2014 came into force on 25th September 2014 (the day after that Act received Royal Assent). This Order brings the remaining provisions of that Act into force on 30th March 2015.
