These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Optical Charges and Payments) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st April 2015.

In these Regulations, “the 1998 Regulations” means the National Health Service (Optical Charges and Payments) (Scotland) Regulations 19982.
