Citation, commencement and effect1

These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Superannuation Scheme (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2015 and, save as provided for in paragraphs (3) to (8), have effect from that date.

Regulations 3, 4, 10 to 13, 21, 22, 36, 37, 47(a), 48(2), 52(a)(i), 53, 65 and 66 have effect from 16th December 2014.

Regulations 5 and 23 have effect from 1st April 2014.

Regulation 9 has effect from 5th December 2005.

Regulation 19 has effect from 13th March 2014.

Regulations 24 and 38 have effect from 1st October 2008.
