Use of websites

12.  In section 246B of the Act (use of websites)(1)—

(a) repeal subsection (2); and

(b) in subsection (3)(a) after “administrator,” insert “receiver (appointed under section 51),”.

13.  In section 436B(2) of the Act (references to things in writing)(2) repeal paragraphs (b) and (e).
