Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 11) Partial Revocation Order 2016 and comes into force on 30th August 2016.

Amendment of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2016

2.  Article 2(a)(i) and (iii) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2016(1) is revoked.
