The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19(3)(b), 34(4), 35(8), 35(9), 39(6), 99(1)(a) and 99(1)(b) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 20141 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
