2. 1st April 2016 is the day appointed for the coming into force of Schedule 14 to the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994, so far as it provides for the repeal of—
(a)paragraphs 1 to 4, 6 to 21, 26, 29 and 30 of Schedule 3 to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975 and in that respect is not already in force(1);
(b)section 27 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1981(2), and paragraph 36 of Schedule 3 to that Act; and
(c)paragraph 44(a), (b) and (d) of Schedule 13 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992(3).
