Amendment of the Upper Tribunal for Scotland Rules of Procedure 2016

2.—(1) The Upper Tribunal for Scotland Rules of Procedure 2016 contained in the schedule of the Upper Tribunal for Scotland (Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2016(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In rule 29 (notice of decisions and reasons), after paragraph (3) insert—
“(3A) A request under paragraph (3) must be made in writing.”.
