Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) and paragraph 4(2) of schedule 9 of the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 20141, sections 17(2) and (3), 19(3), 24(1) and (3), 32(2) and (4), 34(1), 48(2) and 53(3) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 19882, paragraph 8(1)(a) of schedule 5 of the Rent (Scotland) Act 19843 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with paragraph 4(3) of schedule 9 of the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014, they have consulted the President of Tribunals and such other persons as they considered appropriate.
