The Budget (Scotland) Act 2016 Amendment Regulations 2016

Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Budget (Scotland) Act 20161 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 7(2) of that Act a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Budget (Scotland) Act 2016 Amendment Regulations 2016 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

In these Regulations “the Act” means the Budget (Scotland) Act 2016.
Amendment of amounts specified in section 4 (overall cash authorisations)2
In section 4 of the Act, for the amount specified—
