2.—(1) The Apologies (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement and Transitory Provision) Regulations 2016(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (appointed days), in paragraph (2), for “19th December 2016” substitute “19th June 2017”.
