Subject to regulation 14, SEPA may charge the reservoir manager of each controlled reservoir a fee in relation to the registration by that manager of the controlled reservoir under section 10(1) of the Act.

The reservoir manager must pay the registration fee to SEPA.

The registration fee is recoverable as a civil debt.
