Construction certificate30.
A construction certificate by a construction engineer under section 38 (construction certificates) of the Act must—
(a)
in addition to the information required by subsection (3)(a) and (b) of that section, contain the other information specified in the form (as read with the Note to the form) in Schedule 9; and
(b)
be in the form set out in Schedule 9.
