Amendment of the Registration Services (Fees, etc.) (Scotland) Regulations 2006

2.—(1) The Registration Services (Fees, etc.) (Scotland) Regulations 2006(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “Internet search session”, for “30 computer screens or part screens” substitute “5 electronic images”.

(3) In Part 1 of Schedule 1 (searches in statutory registers and parochial registers), for “7.00” (fee for an Internet search)(2) each time it appears in column 3, substitute “7.50”.
