20.  In regulation 35 (earnings of self-employed earners), after paragraph (2)(b)(i) insert—

“(ia) article 4(b)(ii), (d)(ii), (e)(ii), (f)(ii) or (g)(ii) of the Kinship Care Assistance (Scotland) Order 2016;”.
