F1Subject to regulation 20A, where an EIA report is submitted in relation to an EIA application, the applicant must ensure that a reasonable number of copies of the EIA report are available for inspection at any place named in the notice published under regulation 16(1) as a place at which copies of the EIA report may be inspected.

The applicant must provide copies of the EIA report in accordance with the terms of the notice published under regulation 16(1).

A reasonable charge reflecting printing and distribution costs may be made to a member of the public for a copy of a report provided in accordance with paragraph (2).
