PART 8MULTI-STAGE REGULATORY APPROVALS

Modification of Regulations relating to an application for multi-stage regulatory approval29.

(1)

These Regulations apply to an application for multi-stage regulatory approval as if—

(a)

references to an application for regulatory approval were references to an application for multi-stage regulatory approval;

(b)

references to an EIA application were references to an application for multi-stage regulatory approval for an EIA project; and

(c)

in regulation 30(5)(b) the reference to “regulatory approval” were a reference to “multi-stage regulatory approval”.

(2)

Regulations 23(2)(d), (e) and (g) and 25(1)(b) and (2) apply in respect of the notification of a decision on an application for multi-stage regulatory approval only where an EIA report or additional information has been first submitted or provided by the applicant to the Scottish Ministers in connection with that application.
