1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Inquiries into Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths etc. (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 3, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 15th June 2017.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the 1976 Act” means the Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Inquiry (Scotland) Act 1976(1); and
“the 2016 Act” means the Inquiries into Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths etc. (Scotland) Act 2016.
