The amendments made to the principal Regulations by Chapter 2 of Part 2 do not apply in relation to a case in which notice under regulation 5(1) of the principal Regulations (notification of proposed application for a warrant for a patient’s removal from Scotland) was given before 30th June 2017.

But paragraph (1) does not apply to the amendment made by regulation 22.
