Amendment of the Police Pension Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 20154
In regulation 16 (interpretation of Chapter), before the definition of “automatic re-enrolment date”, insert—
“automatic enrolment date” has the meaning given by section 3(7) of the Pensions Act 20083;
