Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2017 and comes into force on 1st April 2017.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
