Regulation 90 (member’s incapacity) is amended as follows.

In the definition of “appropriate medical treatment”, in paragraph (6)—
a
in sub-paragraph (b)(i), after “regulation 89” insert “before M reaches prospective normal pension age”;
b
in sub-paragraph (b)(ii), after “that regulation” insert “before M reaches prospective normal pension age; or ”; and
c
in sub-paragraph (c), after “reaches” insert “prospective”.
