The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 201(1) and (2) and 206(1) of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 20101 and section 88 (2) of the Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Act 20152.
