Amendment of schedule 5

13.  In schedule 5 (relevant material from a third country for which a phytosanitary certificate may be required), in Part A (relevant material which may only be landed in Scotland if accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate)—

(a)in paragraph 1(c)(1) for “mais” substitute “mays”; and

(b)for paragraph 3 substitute—

(a)Citrus L., Fortunella Swingle, Poncirus Raf., Microcitrus Swingle, Naringi Adans., Swinglea Merr., Momordica L., Solanum lycopersicum L. or Solanum melongena L.;
