17.  In schedule 12 (notice of landing), in Part B (notice of landing of relevant material required by article 6(1) of the Plant Health (Scotland) Order 2005), in Part B of the notice prescribed therein—

(a) items 5 to 13 are re-numbered as 4 to 12;

(b) after item 12 insert—
