Modification of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000

2.—(1) The Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 is modified in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In schedule 3 (devolved public bodies)(1), after the entry relating to Historic Environment Scotland insert—

• “ILF Scotland(2)”.

Schedule 3 has been relevantly amended by paragraph 1(b) of schedule 6 of the Historic Environment Scotland Act 2014 (asp 19).
