Amendment of the Act of Sederunt (Fees of Solicitors in the Sheriff Court) (Amendment and Further Provisions) 19932.

Schedule 1 of the Act of Sederunt (Fees of Solicitors in the Sheriff Court) (Amendment and Further Provisions) 19933 is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

In paragraph 15 of the General Regulations4, for “£35” substitute “£37”.

In the provisions of the Table of Fees which are mentioned in column 1 of schedule 1 of this Act of Sederunt, for the amounts specified in column 2, substitute the amounts specified in column 3.
