The limits of jurisdiction of Kirkcudbright Harbour shall extend to that part of the tidal estuary of the River Dee from an imaginary line 1.54 metres to the south end of and parallel to Kirkcudbright Bridge between (Point A on Plan 1 of 2) 54˚ 50′ 21″ N, 04˚ 03′ 05″ W and (Point B on Plan 1 of 2) 54˚ 50′ 18″ N, 04˚ 02′ 59″ W thence seaward by the level of MHWS from both ends of the bridge to an imaginary line drawn from the south side of the RNLI slipway to a point on the western shore of Kirkcudbright Bay between (Point C on Plan 1 of 2) 54˚ 48′ 02″ N, 04˚ 05′ 21″ W and (Point D on Plan 1 of 2) 54˚ 47′ 41″ N, 04˚ 03′ 46″ W and shall include the tidal river estuary, all creeks, bays and tributaries as far as the tide shall flow. Positions are to WGS 84 datum.
