Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 8(1), 28, 32(2) and (3), 34(7) and 83(2) of the Animal Health Act 19811 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Tuberculosis (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2018 and comes into force on 30th June 2018.
Revocation2
The Tuberculosis (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Order 20182 is revoked.
