15. In this schedule—S
“1963 Act” means the Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1963 M1;
“granted” includes joining in granting;
“grantor” means a person mentioned in paragraph 5;
“relevant interest” means an interest in land in respect of which rights have been granted by the grantor under paragraph 5; and
“standard security” has the same meaning as in section 9 of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970 M2.
