The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 4(2) and 5 of schedule 9 of the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 20141 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with paragraph 4(3) of schedule 9 of that Act, they have consulted the President of Tribunals and such other persons as they consider appropriate.
