14.—(1) The National Waste Management Plan for Scotland Regulations 2007(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “the Packaging Waste Directive” at the end insert “, as last amended by Directive (EU) 2015/720 of the European Parliament and of the Council(2),”.
(3) In regulation 2A(a) (interpretation: the Waste Directive)(3), for the words “as last amended” to the end substitute “as last amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2017/997, and”.
