24.—(1) The Avian Influenza (Preventive Measures in Zoos) (Scotland) Regulations 2005(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), for the definition of “the Commission Decision”, substitute—
““the Commission Decision” means “Commission Decision 2007/598/EC concerning measures to prevent the spread of highly pathogenic avian influenza to other captive birds kept in zoos and approved bodies, institutes or centres in Member States(2),”.
(3) Omit regulation 4(6) (risk assessment and imposition of restrictions).
