Regulation 33 of the GMS Contracts Regulations shall apply to all contracts, including default contracts, to which Part 6 of this Order applied on 31st March 2018, as if these contracts were contracts which included a requirement to provide out of hours services pursuant to regulation 32 of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Scotland) Regulations 2004161 on 31st March 2018.
