These Regulations apply to an agreement—
a
to which the F1National Health Service (Primary Medical Services Section 17C Agreements) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 applied immediately before 1st April 2018; or
b
which is entered into between a provider and the Health Board on or after 1st April 2018.
